ALEXANDER  KRYLOV 

Alexander Krylov was born in 1956 in Leningrad/ St. Petersburg, Russia. At the age of 14, he participated in his first exhibition. After finishing school, he attended the Leningrad Art School, where he graduated as a painter and a goldsmith. His paintings provide a unique experience, allowing not only to see the optical volume but also to feel it.

His works convey the monumentalism of real subjects with a mystical aura. He is known for the seamless transition between smooth surfaces and relief. The minimal use of objects allows him to focus on the technical aspects, exploring a wide variety of possibilities. His works are in galleries, museums, and private collections both in Russia and internationally.
